The service

Darts Rating lets you score darts matches, run club tournaments, and keep statistics and a rating. It is provided by Dorian Fanet, free of charge and as is.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what is recorded with it. One person, one account: the ranking only means something if accounts are real.

Fair play

Record games as they were played. Inventing results, farming rating points with a friend, or recording games for someone without their agreement is not allowed. Games recorded against another account only count once that player confirms them, unless they have chosen to trust you, in which case they can still refuse a game afterwards.

Only add a guest's name with their agreement.

Names and content

Player, guest, club and tournament names are public. Names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, that impersonate someone, or that advertise are not allowed. Anyone can report one from a player's page or by writing to support@darts-rating.com; we review reports and can rename or remove the content and the account.

Ratings and statistics

They are calculated automatically and can be corrected, recalculated or reset, for instance after a fix or when cheating is found. They carry no monetary value.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided without warranty of availability or accuracy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits the rights consumers have under French law.

Law

These terms are governed by French law.
